Vadivelan, Chief Technical Officer of Ignetta, completed his Doctorate Degree in Physics with specialization in Holography. Pioneer in Holography with 20 years of experience and his dedicated R & D team members involvement leads Ignetta to enter into the production of Holographic Optical Elements, Holographic Weapon Sight, Security Holograms, Holographic Diffraction and Volume Phase Gratings, Transmission and Reflection Holographic elements, Solar Concentrator Holographic Elements, Holographic Smart Glass development, Various Holographic Photosensitive Plates etc.

Chairman & Managing Director, in 1989 he started Process Color at Cochin. It is still rated as the finest and complete pre-press House in the state. Soon he floated another company Jaan Offset Printing, one of the finest quality printing press in Kerala. In the Year 2002, in association with C_DIT- a Government of Kerala Institution, process color Hologram was commenced at Trivandrum for high security hologram manufacturing. Mr. T .M. Rajan in serving as General Council member of All India Federation of Master Printers, Office Bearer of a Number of Social and Industrial Forums and is a well Known Holographer too. In the year of 2004, he started Ignetta holographic (P) Ltd.
